@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation it was a white kid, and it was the only time I'd been in a possible life and death situation. That was 2-3 years ago and my school has moved on from it. Multiple steps of security have been added since then.
Also, why clowns? From all the possible combinations.

@1gman4evr i got a threat about school shooting at my school in my freshman year, scared the hell outta me. I seriously was contemplating life itself while sitting against a wall of cabinets in my math class which had gigantic windows in the back of the room, with no blinds, so we had to tape posters over them to gives us cover. We sat up against the cabinets and in the cabinets for 3 hours while the police swarmed all over the place, and eventually we were released because the threat never happened. That is my experience of Torrey Pines High School.
@Spikerya Of course real clowns aren't doing it. There either what you said or high schoolers, because middle AND high school got the warnings.

@SkullsAndCrossbones 4 reasons you shouldn't act like it would have been ok.
1) Guns beat melee almost all the time.
2) Police probably wouldn't make it in time.
3) Karate is pretty much useless based on what I learned in karate. Plus, guns beats melee.

I am very glad to hear that the act of terrorism was never carried out. I wasn't trying to be mean with my 4 reasons. I just want to make sure you understand how real the threat can be. Knowing the truth keeps people safe.
