Hey if I use a sound mod to replace or remove a sound file and then I disable mods will the change remain when I upload it. I’m trying to build a aquatic ifv but I don’t want the propeller sound

you have to be really good at modding. basically every sound you here is in WAV format. so, you need WAV files for the sound you want, if it's a gun sound or an engine sound. then you need to find there location.

It should be possible with ACTUAL modding, just know that iOS can't use real mods, and anyone who wants the new sounds will need to install the mod.
It will also require programming knowledge.
