The terminal velocity for a cockpit in SimplePlanes is ~690 mph. Doesn't this seem awful fast? I dropped the cockpit from ~7000 feet, at 0 mph. it accelerated to about 690 mph before impact. It stopped accelerating briefly before impact.

@Shmexysmpilot Right! those were my thoughts.
It weighs over 200 pounds and it's 1x0.5x0.5 meters so I'd f expect it's terminal velocity to be fairly high
Edit: seems I was pretty wrong lol, the cockpit actually weighs 551 pounds and the terminal velocity of it is 281 mph at 7k feet and 201 mph at 1k feet (the altitude I'm assuming the impact happened at)
yeah that's a completely ridiculous speed.
