One of my neighbors isn't really right in the head. His Windows are packed with tin foil and he writes in chalk to "aliens." Today he pointed a gun at a house, and a SoCal Edison worker reported it. A local squad car located him, which resulted in a pursuit. He was about to round a corner to get to his house, and he went up the curb and into my neighbors lawn. Since he was armed, there was a standoff for several hours. The standoff ended when he was tear gassed, and had foam sprayed into his car. Police rushed the vehicle and extracted the individual. I had a run in with this man before, my family was driving down a major road when he pulled even with us, aiming a pellet gun at us. We believed at the time it was real.
