There will be a list of tags basicly so you can sort through users like you can with planes.
All we users will have to do is enter tags near where the 'follow yourself star' is (max of 10) and also an optional description for your profile with a maxi of 100 words.

Mobile (only available for users who use mobile devices to build planes)
Vintage
Jets
Fun
Simplicity
Replicas
Fictional
Sci fi
Hypno

There should be a nominated user of the month for each rank, every player will have a vote.
Players will be able to be nominated for awards (displayed as Reddit like awards on profile page) that can be for:
Helpful Input (helped someone new to the game)
Guru ( awarded after the user has been playing for one year)
Troll (User Nominated)
Rick (User nominated)
Best IOS (user nominated, once per month award for best iOS built plane)
Vigilante (moderator nominated, awarded for fighting crime and annoying the authorities at the same time)

I just thought the leaderboards need more variation to help get users noticed and make more goals to aim for.

We are allready using minerals (bronze silver gold platinum) for ranks why not mixing things up and using 'rare' mineral names, @MasterMindIndustriesAndAviationCorporation
Maybe you could have different letters representing your rank like in aircraft example A-10, F-22, and B-24 or user could be ranked like USAF and RAF soldiers so it could be, lieutenant, corporal, 2nd 3rd,lieutenant, Captain etc

" its ridiculous. something along the lines of " User is a Y User or a Blue User" is better. ok you know what I'm not getting anywhere with this I disagree with the Gem Names and Colours though sorry but we need something else :\

The gem names are stupid and silly. they should simply be colours or rather. Letters. a description is a smart idea. tags isn't. it overcomplicates things. we're users not creations.
a nominated user of the month seems funny yet ridiculous. I think it should be added like a skit! you know those Best Employee of the month lololol. having awarded medals to different users for different purposes. can be improved upon vastly. I think it shouldn't be implemented as how you described. but rather more of a simpler and understandable approach. Criticism at its best. its my opinion of how you displayed your idea and I think you put it well for the community to understand. in this case you should have the Guru Medal :D
