To all those begging for attention, or trying to show that SP is dead from some bullying incident, quit the whole leaving crap. No one was considering leaving 2 days ago, and now everyone who cant come to terms with this seems to be wanting to hop on the bandwagon out the door for no reason whatsoever. Hate to say it, but no one will care if you left after a week, and any mark you left on the community will be gone. Literally. If you want to send some sort of message to the community by doing this, go make a great plane instead, and wow a few people if you can. Its far more fun.
If you're worn out, take a break. It's simple. Just don't play for a week or two. Let the drama subside, and come back refreshed. I want my GOOD forums back.
I hope some of you can listen to this blunt voice of reason.
Personally, i'll be building cool things, and i'd love to see all of you doing that too.

@MrTaco So there was this creator, who made shockingly average planes with immense popularity, and made 3 a day, stealing basically the whole front pages to himself. Personally I found it rather greedy but he was a nice enough guy. Basically he received a lot of hate, and eventually deleted his account. This sparked a whole chain of toxic nonsense of popular creators all making a big fuss and deleting their accounts. In the end, like all big fusses, 95% of the community didn't care, but it made a mess of the forums regardless. And that is the story of when SP sucked for a while. ^^
I've been hearing things about this, but never really heard what happened. Was it some youtuber? Was it this guy called Jelly?@KCferrari

@iFalco For sure, people have their reasons, but from what I've seen, they aren't well thought out. If people want to leave, that's fine, but I want people to know that deleting their account is foolish either way because there's no going back, should they ever decide to pick it up at a later point to make a few planes. They don't seem to realise that they can just not play it instead. When I'm done with any regular game, I don't just dive right in and delete all my save data. I leave it until I need more room and I'm sure i'll never be playing it, which is months later, if at all.

@dogspit Thats's true, I do put a lot of time into my stuff, and i'm sure most people can see the amount of effort put into creations at a glance. Looking at the pictures and 3 way views, there's no hiding if its a quick build or a full on project. So if people don't upvote something you think is great, the truth must be that it doesn't live up to their standards. I also will sometimes tease my projects in forums, to get at least a few people excited for them, that way i'm not just throwing it out there and praying to be noticed lol
And I'm just saying it's dead although I agree with everything else you said
@KCferrari sure there is more then colors. There is also detail. You put huge amounts of work into your planes.

@dogspit I was probably going to make a Wyvern at some point anyway, but i already have a request for an XFA-27 that i kinda want to try my hand at. Also, about the colors... My planes are all dull grey and I have tons of great feedback, so there's a lot more to it than that.
@DuckKing They're quitting because they're burnt out and tired of it. There's over a page of platinum users though, so if even half of them leave, that will not have a huge affect. I'm just annoyed by all the posts making it into some sort of big deal, combined with dumb irrational decisions people are making. If you want to leave for a bit, so be it, but deleting your account is foolish, and it hurts the availability of their planes to their fans, who now cant download any of their stuff. I'm just trying to prevent stupid decisions here.
Although I may be blinded by my love for this community, I still belive that it is alive and well, we just need to not let it! If we are able to defeat a whole YouTubers fanboys from tearing us apart we can do anything!
