@General360 not at all my friend. I don't think that cooper is doing anything wrong either, he's playing by the rules and is not out there trying to hurt anyone. I simply think that perhaps a limit for builds one can have on the front page should be established. That way there can be more of a variety of players on being noticed on the SP homepage.

And if "Internet points" don't matter to them, why are they complaining that someone removed their upvotes? And on some of our parts about not liking said activities, it's human nature to react to something that isn't fair to us, or anyone

I always attempt to upload creations with over 100 parts, and if I can't, but I'm satisfied with the creation, I will upload it, but not push then out one after another

It is not harrasment, it is a legitimate concern. This was what @salvador3031 did, but then he/she stopped. @ccooper is technichaly not spamming, but he is abusing the point system for meanignles (well, not totally) points @Areonautics3

Why does it take so long to test? The functions, top speed, control, and action groups are all easy to test, and take only 2-3 minutes. You have an hour of total test time. 1 hour of flying for every creation you build. That seems like a bit much. Everything else is pretty accurate.

@Johndfg exactly.. I just know some users put a lot more than a few hours into a build and it can be a real bummer if you post it on a day where the newest list seems to grow exponentially with... Garbage. I try to seek out those planes that don't seem to be noticed. I get that they are just meaningless points. But to someone who enjoys building and sharing it means you aren't getting to do the sharing part. And that's what this site is all about.

@DethFromAbove maybe if the users plane has less than 10 upvotes after 1-2 days it could get featured?

@Johndfg and anyone else listening I also thought that anyone should be allowed to get a feature. Obviously continue to favor the bronze and silver because they will have the hardest time being noticed. But I think pretty regularly there are some very amazing builds that get unnoticed (4 maybe 5 upvotes) and carried away by the flood of posted planes. So occasionally I think a 5000+ player should be allowed to be featured at the Mods/Devs discretion. Perhaps with a 24hr feature limit, just to give it a chance to be seen.... Maybe I'm making things overly complicated now... Idk just an idea

@DethFromAbove exactly! I think it would be a simple fix for the devs, other users would get more attention, and if someone is jealous about a certain user like this, the users planes won't be as in everyone's face

@Johndfg I was just discussing this with another user. I think that could be a great remedy. Players who are able to lock down the front page with 5,6,7+ planes on a regular basis do limit the exposure of other creations that deserve a little spotlight. And it doesn't mean those people who fill the front page on a daily basis are doing anything wrong. I don't want to seem like I'm trying to criticize anyone here. They are great builders. I just think if they have that kind of following their creations will all still be noticed even if they don't make it to the front page. I like the idea of a 3 plane limit on the front page. Seems very fair and would add a little more variety.

I think (one thing) people are upset about is Ccooper (am I allowed to say names) having 9+ planes on the front page and top for the week/ day. They say that lower users get less attention. If this is really a problem, maybe only 3 of a single users planes could show up on those pages. This would apply to all users. Tell me what you guys think.

@Ephwurd I'm glad to hear it. But if all of us are against him, how did he get all of those upvotes?!

1.) Sometimes i have several planes that I want to post yet cant because of the limit.
2.) It does not take that long for alot of people. The BIGGEST seaplane in the game that I built only took me...5 hours?
3.) It does tick me off how Ive been here for so long yet still dont get that many comments or upvotes. Especially posting a creation I had put alot of work on then barely gets anything. AND, you cant complain about other people getting mad when you could post a single cockpit with a wing sticking out the back and you would get 30 upvotes from the massive amounts of followers you have. I see this all the time on the home page when the people with the highest ranks post simple stuff that couldnt have taken 5 minutes and BAM, 50 upvotes, no questions asked. When you're that high you don't have to work at all if you wanted too.

@Tully2001 This certain user joined the SP community around the same time as me and this user got platinum in less than a month. His planes are good actually, its just that they all just look the same and the fact that he takes advantage of the point system by passing 3 generic aircraft that looks identical every single day is getting me quite annoyed

For me, it's the thrill of making a plane/ship/vehicle. I'm trying to make them as good as I can. Since those "Internet points" are (supposed to be) a community's rating of the build, I do give some importance to them. Acquiring points any other way than by building good stuff is, for me, cheating.
