Why do I put blasto VTOL ship at the bottom and it does not work 3 VTOL RCN of them works only 1 VTOL RCN help what to do to rabotal other 2

Put VTOL engine above the water line, and use a VTOL nozzle instead of rcn nozzles. Set VTOL nozzle to yaw or roll, and put it horizontally. For best manoeuvrability, make sure it's as far as possible away from CoM.
You can edit the XML file, and manually set the input. Also turn off the automatic set.
I'm away from my PC, so that's the best I csn tell you at the moment.
