A Harrier is NOT VTOL. They cannot take off VERTICALLY they NEED a SHORT RUNWAY. They can however land vertically. So long as it is balanced after all stores are ejected-you should be able to land vertically. @MechWARRIOR57

Yes, however, Harriers aren't VTOL-they don't have a 1-1 thrust ratio when loaded for combat. However, once they are don with combat-or have exhausted some of their fuel they can land vertically. @MechWARRIOR57
