This plane features interior(shown below) a extra door and a new shape, the stratrolifter thats been converted into a flying hospital is distinct because where the cargo hold was, there is now a extruding lump in the fuselages undercarriage.

Normal stratolifter: livery

despite Qantas being the most picked livery, the standard white factory will be the on the plane that gets released as the stratrolifter, rest assured all other liverys will be unlisted and avilable for download. It has also come to my attention some of you want a real cargo companys(eg: UPS, fedex) and a livery being made, in the comments below you can request what livery will be made, dont try to disagree with eachother because i will only be making one which is the most desired.

I am also going to attempt a Jundroo-company livery!

Currently the plane is still in pre-beta mode: the doors, flaps and landing gear are all VTOL controled.
As you know, beta introduced trim and landing gear input control, lights and many more awesome stuff.
The question is..
Should i update the stratrolifter to include lights, flaps set to trim, and gears set to gear input so it will be easier to control
