I'm sorry I have been having an extended absence, but I want everyone to know I am just fine. The reason I have gone is simply because my interests have changed. I still love planes but there wasn't anything "fresh" about this update that made me feel the excitment I felt before in previous updates. I know what you'll say "what? Simpleplanes is amazing! And there are new parts and maps!" and you are correct. But building planes didn't change for me. I'm aweful at building cars and planes was just as monotonous as before. To be completely honest, dispit what others have said, the only thing I felt I was achieving in this game were points. Sure building planes and flying them was fun for awhile but admit, it gets old after some time. So once I got platinum I felt nothing else was really needed. I passed hypnotoad and my goal was fulfilled. Then I hung around a little while in the background waiting for someone to pass 100k and wondering if I actually will get back into it. But against the simple act of not being prepared diamond rank was dismissed. I wish everyone here good luck on their journey no matter what it may be. I will stay for the next release by Jundroo and can't wait for that reunion.

@TemDesBur I still have Battleship craft. It's pretty much fully functional still(minus GC, but that's due to lack of people more than anything... plus people getting mods). I have it modded with 2 mods(pretty much the only major mods ever done for BSC)

@NovaTopaz ohhh man I loved battleship craft! My battleship was soooo damn big (bigger than the yamato) and I also had a aircraft carrier and a heavy cruiser aaannnd...... then......... it got removed from the store one day..... :(

Because your copying other people's planes and claiming them as you own. If you want notice make your own planes. That's what I did. Ask for help if you will. Just don't copy @LightningTreeSavor

I agree. Not only that, but my aircraft can't compete with some of the ones we are seeing. I have thought about quitting, but I will push that aside until I at least get platinum, whenever that may be. I feel like I am only earning points, but I want to give back to the community. I want to be a Mod, but I doubt that will happen. I guess it will be the same old routine until 25k, and then who knows what...
I can't disagree more with you (regarding the new update not bringing anything to plane building). We got circular fuselages! More inputs, wheels, shocks, small rotators, rescalable parts!
Ranting aside, thank you for your time, I am already looking forward to see you back when the next update arrives!
... Trust me, I know how you feel. I've played old games, and at some point, even the most enjoyable can be extremely boring(EG Battleship Craft, which I still have, despite it being removed ages ago from the app store). But that's because in those games, the limit and creativity was hard-lined ages ago(it's been almost 2 years in that regard), at least when it came to building in BSC. Others were flat out boring after a few times playing them. This has yet to reach it's full potential. Sure, planes have been generalized and boring, but that's because of the limited variety of aircraft people like to make and fly. Replica's come to mind(F-22's, F-35's, P-51's, etc). But you don't have to follow that. This is a building game. You can pretty much make whatever you want in terms of aircraft, or even cars and boats. The sky is the limit. It's the reason that I've stuck around as long as I have(which is a pretty long time...). That and Simple Warships, but that's another thing entirely.

@EternalDarkness sigh, I know. I just wish I could build planes for fun. The standard now is much higher than any of my creations. My last project Will be the most detailed version of a very popular stealth plane.

@TehDuck heh yeah I agree.its like getting offended that someone is level 100 in a game and saying I'm at least slightly better than you to a level 7...
