Sub Assemblies

So for some reason on the PC version i can't make any sub assemblies. I know how to make them on ios, but for some reason i cant on PC. Please help.

    @Mrcoolsocks as BaconEggs said, the button has been replaced by a little pop-up thong in the top left. I didn't notice it at first either
