all I can say is, hope things get better for you, BOSKnight. take a rest, heal, you very much deserve it, I know how that would've feel like getting crushed by everything. to each of us is our own experience and that is what shapes us to feel about the things around us.

falling while bicycling, it's not a big deal right? no. to an adult it may be nothing, but to a child it's the worst thing that could've happened. to each of us is our experience, and that shapes us, so what might other can withstand, you may cannot.

my favourite adage for this is from Russia, "The same water that hardens an egg, softens the potato.", or a more western one, "diamonds are formed under pressure, but breads rise if you let it rest."
