orrrr you could use this subassembly, make sure that the weight of the craft(after installing) is exactly 100,000kg.

also align the CoM with the central gyroscope.

the way I do it, after I'm done making the airship, is installing this exactly on the CoM and adding weight to the central block of this engine
that way the CoM stays exactly the same
