I'm pretty sure its something like com behind col and using canards or tailerons with the input angle of attack for artificial stability and then something like ag1 makes it turn off for no stability.
For a simple yet kinda uncontrollable one just put hinge rotators on the engines. If you want a realistic FBW (I think that’s what they’re called) you gotta ask someone smarter lol
