@Graingy heh. the game isnt really worth playing. the map just sucks, the boats are just mid. the player base is just noobs or people willing to do the same titanic roleplay for the 563478 time. in-game planes are practically unuseable as the devs have only seen the movie "planes" and thought "yep, that's how planes work." when you are in the slightest dive in a plane the game starts screaming "TERRAIN TERRAIN PULL UP PULL UP" and that gets really annoying. airships, subs, planes, and for some reason sailing ships all require a unessasarly complex way to despawn them. progress made in-game (money, ship levels, some game passes, events (only if you don't complete an event)) don't save. I don't know what the devs are on but they keep making the holiday events even harder each year. the player base's mean age is -6 and iq is just nonexistent, do the devs thing the current player base can finish one event?

the game is mid as well. the original player base mostly left leaving noobs who have no idea how to exist. I only play for the events.

And trust me, I know the feeling. While only going since the end of 2022, I've "completed" every Splatfest event in Splatoon 3. I'm so incredibly sick of them and they feel like a waste of my time, but I've done every one so far and by all I am not giving that up.

spent an entire day grinding for a Halloween event in a boat game.
turns out the boat I got from the event was mid as all hell.
worth it as I have done events in that game since 2017.
