Ive been away for a second

5,673 VigilantEyes  yesterday

So here's what I was doing while I was away, and what im working on right now along with a special teaser at the end for those of you who are able to read all the way through.

Job Search
At the time im writing this, I am now 20 years old, and I understand I have a choice to make now, to work? Or to learn?

Tuesday last week (Wednesday for those of you on the other side of the pond) I went to an interview hoping to work at a store not to far from me, and I thought it went well, but... apparently not. They gave it to someone else more qualified for the position.

Now, when I got the news, I was absolutely devastated. Im not someone who handles rejection well, and hearing that I was declined my first job for someone more qualified than me, it felt like a new height had been reached for rejection for me, it was so bad, I had trouble sleeping for some time week, but like with most things, I got over it eventually. Now, im gonna keep trying to look elsewhere for employment, and I've given myself a timer. If I can't get a job by the end of January next year, I will go into a trade school or tech school, and get a degree so I can say "experience? I happen to have that!"

What im working on right now for SP
As of now, I have 3 projects that I want to work on. And they include;

• A helicopter you might be familiar with if your an og follower.

• A new UCAV for VigilantEyes

• A complete UCAV for VigilantEyes that I have yet to post.

• A completely fictional spaceplane that I am currently designing myself.

• And finally, posting a very old plane that I made some time ago, and really want to do more with, but can't due to my limited knowledge in FT coding. I will no longer be working on this one.

What does all of this mean for you?
To put it simply, posts will no longer be following a concrete weekly schedule, except for the condition that I will always be posting on weekends.

Now fear not, im not suddenly ghosting my page like I did in the past, I'm still thinking about SP in the back of my head, and as mentioned, there are multiple things I have yet to post. And am still working on for all of you, and with that, I thank you for reading, and expect a post this coming weekend.

Reguards,

Imagine a plane that could take you from the United States, to India, on the exact opposite side of the planet, in under one hour... it would be the ultimate for of transportation the world has seen yet...

Yes... I can see it now... fleets of planes leaving the factory floor, bringing airlines beyond the sky, and faster than they've ever gone before...

... Spaceli- n-no no, that name doesnt quite fit... Oh, I know! We'll call them...

Hyperliners...

@Monarchii I guess its the whole generational mentality thing for me, where we can handle rejection, until it feels like we've failed, I'm certainly not the first to say I'm afraid of faliure.

in short crass-mannered words, just be apathetic to rejection and move on, and improve on what you can

take it as an advice from a peer, don't stress too much about getting rejected.
    .
does it hurt? yes, it feels unfair that someone else is better than you, more motivated than you, in the end though it's just how life is, it goes on so you gotta do what you can do
    .
I'll press this again, do what you can do, and this isn't just an advice for work specifically, it's for everything..
    .
live and plan in the present, I think it roughly goes, especially for me. "We suffer more in imagination than in reality", Seneca.
    .
I'm a pretty happy-go-lucky person, most of the time, saves me from having grey hairs and stress, though I think it also marks me as an often than not, a forgetful person which I can't deny(ouch)
