The recent and accelerating deterioration of relations between the Republic of Spin and Your-pan, long the twin pillars of Raphaelis Defense’s industrial and scientific ecosystem, has produced consequences far beyond diplomacy. These two nations were the connective tissue of our company, shared production lines, cross border teams of engineers, and a logistics network that moved people, parts and ideas with relentless efficiency. That network no longer functions.

As borders harden and specialists are repatriated, our separate production bases can no longer operate as an integrated whole. Supply chains that once seemed resilient are now fractured, critical expertise has been dispersed, and the cost and complexity of maintaining even minimal operations have risen sharply. Projects that depended on the seamless cooperation of two systems are stalled. Facilities must be mothballed, research programs are frozen, and, with immense reluctance, thousands of loyal employees have been placed on furlough or terminated. The machines we built to secure tomorrow’s advantage now risk deterioration from disuse. Our corporate shares have declined precipitously, the company that stood at the forefront of innovation finds itself confronting the very real prospect of insolvency.

This statement is not merely a balance sheet disclosure. It is a plea on behalf of thousands of families, of long years of scientific labor, and of technologies that, responsibly managed, offer value to industry, infrastructure, and human safety around the world. Raphaelis Defense has always sought to partner with nations in good faith. Today we humbly request assistance from any state willing and able to preserve this enterprise and the expertise within it.

To the first nation that responds with concrete support, Raphaelis Defense offers a comprehensive and immediate partnership designed to restore operations and safeguard critical capabilities, relocation of a major Raphaelis manufacturing facility to your territory, broad operational control over the domestic distribution of Raphaelis materiel produced there, privileged access for your government to Raphaelis technological portfolios, and prioritized procurement channels enabling direct requests for systems tailored to your needs. These commitments are offered in good faith, with the intent to rebuild industry, preserve jobs, and reestablish a base for ongoing scientific and industrial cooperation.

We do not make this appeal lightly. Raphaelis Defense understands the responsibilities that accompany advanced technology and the weight of sovereign oversight. Any partnership will be governed by strict legal frameworks, export controls, and mutually agreed safeguards, because the continued safety of people and stability of nations remains our foremost concern.

We remain grateful for the support we have received in decades past and for the many nations and institutions that have trusted Raphaelis Defense. Please believe this, our departure is not a judgment on you, but a consequence of your inability, together, to remain in harmony. We leave with respect, with memories of collaboration that will not be erased, and with sorrow for the colleagues and communities who suffer alongside us. Our hope, small and stubborn as it may be, is that one day the ties that bound us will be mended and that the work we began here can be continued in peace.
