There's no real reason to fix it, that six-symbol ID is the only thing SP needs to download airplane, be it in link, in .splane file or in clipboard as-is.

Got that whenever I tried to download through the site when I still used Mac. There was a time that steam wouldn't open through the game so I had to copy-paste instead.
Boy, that was annoying...
