Those times we put somewhat large horizontal stabilizers on our aircraft, when we pitch with them, the aircraft sort of wobbles. This is an issue of AoA, yes?

    probably to do with the lift balance on the cg, where pitching will produce a lot of pitch rate and inertia which then "stalls" the main wing, moving the center of lift back by just a little and reducing the aoa back to where it pitches again and oscillates like that

    I can't think of why it should wobble unless there's already turbulence. If we're talking about simpleplanes, then from what I remember, it doesn't wobble, just maneuvers pretty easily unless, again you turn on gust with wind
