Recently in the RLAF headquarters, the topic of Borealis, or more officially the
B-Class aircraft
Has resurfaced, mainly because of the rediscovery of some od documents detailing a search for it in the 70's and 80's.
Shortly, they took one or two grainy, questionable images, and captured a few clips of it on radar (mainly just a very small object travelling at Mach 3)
But apart from that, not much else, so it was considered a big, fat, failure
But even more recently, on an East Takish training mission, all Tax made aircraft bursted into flames, and exploded out of the sky. And from the last words of the pilots, they reported a blip in their radar, with a speed of Mach 3, so definitely a Borealis.
(ANOTHER evil potentially unmanned vehicle taking out random targets for no known reason? Holy mackrell)
So, Los has prepared up a hunting sortie, consisting of the most advanced aircraft, and prepped up SAM sites. They've also brought remotely controlled takish TV-48s, possibly to lure it in?
