Rotators are idiotic

Hello again, it's me (again). That time I found another problem. Currently I'm coding Rotators for Frontal Main guns, and it works, except 1 detail - if target is in 270-360 degree zone then Whole turret spins clockwise instead of just spins little bit counterclockwise. How to fix that Problem? Can somebody send me Good code for that (I'm also want to have a Good aiming, and currently I'm using a Bullet speed 3000 (I know that IRL Yamato shell has about 780-900 speed, but it just too slow, and I want something funny)). If you have some time or know build that contains needed Rotator - please write me or give me a link to build. Thank you
