Mine's currently sitting on 1.6 GB of space, of which most of it is just 7 duplicates of my backup from different times, each containing like 600-1400 aircraft files. Zip File version is 533MB.
I was wondering because I was uploading my SP backup files to my laptop and my drive for backup, problem is google drive sucks very much on mobile (can't upload folders), and also uploading non-zip files (especially one with ~7333 individual files) to my laptop also sucks and is also also very slow, so I am forced to zip my backup files and do it again. And it worked! Now I get why people upload zip files instead of whatever download hell awaits if they don't. I used ZArchiver to zip up my files btw. it's good.
ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR FILES. TO YOUR COMPUTOR, YOUR LAPTOP, YOUR SHOE, YOUR DRIVE, YOUR PHONE, YOUR EARRINGS, YOUR EVERYTHING, OR ELSE YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING, EVEN YOUR HOPE. I learned this via observation.
ANYWAYS! again, mine is on 1.6GB of space (533MB zip file size). What about yours?
51,879,860 bytes (52.3 MB)
As soon as I'm done with a blueprint I deleted it, so I don't have that many at one time.
My files are different since I have other stuff like FT codes, diagrams, reference pictures, scripts, and other stuff still related to SimplePlanes. My entire "SimplePlanes" folder (not the AppData one; one in my own storage) is just under 10GB, the SWL-120 Unity project is abut 25GB, and I have about 1200 total xml files archived. I only have like 7 files in my actual AircraftDesigns folder, all of them being SWL-120 related.
Not many local files, a lot of unlisted files for projects
dayum i have 218mb (~2000) files, it was still only 3000 before i shoved a bunch of files out onto another folder because my AircraftDesigns folder had gotten so large i could no longer see my the files through the in-game menu
For me like, 38mb, half removed but if I count it all, about 89mb.
Hehe that datasaving measures work welll
i dont have any backups
but if you count unlisted builds i have too many
and a couple devices i no longer use with like 1/1 copies of the exact aircraft i got.
