As of today, several terrorists have attacked and destroyed facilities of Raphaelis Defense. The material and human toll continues to climb as the situation slowly regains control. In assistance to Raphaelis Defense, the Umbra Arms Corporation has supplied:

75× Umbra MATTV Crane Units
100× Umbra Bulldozer Units
30× Umbra MATTV Ambulance Units
1000 Members of "Umbra - Trauma Team"
1250 Umbra Crisis Response Workers

Alongside this grouping, Umbra has also mobilized:
500× IFV-31A Units
1720× Umbra F-18A Units
These units are intended to assist Your-Panese forces maintaining control around the areas affected, and the IFVs are holding a perimeter around the damaged facilities, around 1 Kilometer away from each corner.

The Umbra Arms Corporation would like to request permission to send another grouping of units into the Republic of Spin, in hopes of assisting workers there. This grouping will include:
50× MATTV Crane Units
85× Umbra Bulldozer Units
15× Umbra MATTV Ambulance Units
750 Members of "Umbra - Trauma Team"
900 Umbra Crisis Response Workers

As soon as the crisis is contained, the Umbra Arms Corporation would also like to provide several construction workers and equipment to Raphaelis Defense to help reconstruct lost facilities, if Raphaelis Defense allows it

In direct response to this event, Umbra has fast-tracked the Pr.AC03 Project, and has begun the test flight of the first prototype, under cover of 5× F-18As from the Corporate Fleet. It is unknown what Umbra's plans with the aircraft are currently, but due to a convoy of MATTV Trucks with weaponry containers moving towards the test site, it is highly likely Umbra intends to finalize and begin operating the Pr.AC03 for defense by tomorrow.
