Civil Defense in the USSE: Umbra Sheds Light on Recent Developments!

(Jonathon Jones (JoJo), CEO of Umbra Arms Corporation)

"Due to the ever evolving sphere of military technologies and the shrinking amount of specialists in our armed forces, we at Umbra Arms, in conjunction with Dominion and Skeletá Technologies, have been designing a new SPAA system intended for use by any member of our military, no matter whether they are in the Exeron Defense Forces or not. In a time of desperation, even a child could operate the Fire Control System, not that we intend to have children operating them, it's just that simple. All the hard work is performed by specialists and engineers within our military, all the operators have to take care of is designating a target and pulling the trigger. It is built on a multi-purpose truck body, too, so it can have the Anti-Air systems removed quite easily and replaced with another module. This SPAA, the HQ-51C, will be revealed and adopted within this week."
