This caused lockdown in the city and military intervention. President Scottfield and government ordered to send 1000 soldiers into the battlefield.

By coincidence, a same thing happened in Xiang-Hay city, Celestial Empire, where a group of rebel presumably from the Kindese Nationalist fires rocket from the rooftop of a security-lacking luxury hotel. Luckily, a Special Response Team and a handful of PELA soldiers has sent to deal with this incident.
