  • CN ShiYan (BB-03) - Mothballed in in 1943. Modernization planned in mid 1945.
  • CN Cheng Ying (BB-04) - Mothballed in 1943. Planned for decomissioning.
  • CN ChiXiao (BB-05) - Cancelled, construction stopped in early 1945 due to not being completed on time.
