Proclamation of the People's Republic of Kinda

Ting-An Mhen Square, 1945 - After the long time conflict between the Koomin-Thanks Nationalist Government of ROK and PRK Communist Party, the Kindese Civil War has come into an end with the KCP took control of most of mainland Kinda, and the Koomin-Thanks retreating offshore, reducing its territory to only Okayland and their surrounding islands.

Meow Zinglong proclaiming the foundation of the People's Republic of Kinda, which is later soon renamed as People's Empire of Celestia or Celestial Empire.

KCP Chairman Meow Zinglong announced the establishment of the People's Republic of Kinda with a speech at the first plenary session of the Kindese People's Political Consultative Conference. This was followed by a mass celebration in Ting-An Mhen Square, at which the proclamation was made publicly by Meow at the Ting-An Mhen Gate, the date becoming the new country's first National Day. The Republic of Kinda (ROK) had retreated to the land of Okayland.

PRK Proclamation: KCP Demands A Reformation

At exactly 3:00 pm Bhey-Zinx Time on 1945, Meow announced to the nation from the top of the Ting-An Mhen Gate:

"My fellow countrymen, the Central People's Government of the People's Republic of Kinda was established today!"

After the national anthem had been played, Chairman Meow proclaimed the founding of the People's Republic of Kinda that day, declaring an intensive reformation and demanding several dictates, including:

• Reformation and name changing.

  As we entering the first gen era of modernization, Chairman Meow demands a reformation and name changing for the nation, from previously People's Republic of Kinda into a new name called People's Empire of Celestia, or commonly known as Celestial Empire. Demonym of the new PRK will be called as Celestial. Kindese Communist Party or KCP will be renamed as Celestial Communist Party (CCP).

• New national flag proposal.

  New reformed country need a new flag as well. The proposed flag of the new Kindese (now Celestial) flag.

  

  Celestial Empire National Flag.

  A new design of the flag has a red background reminiscent from the old flag, representing the Communist revolution, with a large golden star in the top left corner symbolizing the Communist Party, and four smaller stars symbolizing the unity of the Celestial people. And the eastern dragon symbol on the center of the larger star symbolize a great power, good luck and strength.

• New forming of national army.

  As People's Republic of Kinda has reformed into People's Empire of Celestia, we also demand a new military reformation. From now on we have formed the People's Empire Liberation Army (Previously Kindese Liberation Army), or abbreviated as PELA.

• Republic Of Kinda must be exiled from Celestial Mainland.

  Republic of Kinda, or Republic of Okayland must be exiled from the Mainland Celestia into some smaller lands around.

• Political status of Okayland: Okayland is controlled under pressure by Celestial Empire.

  Celestial Empire is now controlling Okayland under pressure, and we also hereby declared that Okayland is not a country. Any power, resources, and armaments were limited by Celestial Empire. We also had right to colonialize Okayland whenever we want so cause no disturbance.

  As we still got a heart, at least we have made Okayland a proposed new flag.

The first National Day military parade took place right after the proclamation of the PRK and reformation of People's Empire of Celestia. The parade involved around 16,000 PELA officers and personnel. The parade, was the first large-scale and modern Kindese/Celestial military parade, with the country having never done a public review of troops before under previous governments.

PRK Imprisoned All Warcriminals

As a promise that stated on PRK & Nether-Jim treaty of peace, PRK authorities has imprisoned all of military officers and generals who was accused commiting warcrimes and inhumane act such as genocide practice. Whou Shin Xie, the former military commander of Kindese Liberation Army was arrested after surrendering to authorities. Possible penalty was death execution.

PRK Repatriates Nether-Jim Activist Hostages, Kidnap Victims' Lives Are Compensated

Also a result of PRK and Nether-Jim's peace treaty, PRK has repatriates some activist hostages and missing persons of Nether-Jim during Russel Natural Disaster. Unfortunately, some of them who has becoming a victim who had lost their lives during those kidnapping were compensates with some valuable assets. But it seems still not satisfy Nether-Jim as scars would always left in their heart and memories.

The Memorial of Russel 1944 established

Russel, Republic of Nether-Jim - A remembrance monument of Russel has built as a remembrance of 1944 Kindese Pretty-Friendly Visit. Victims Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand. a non-stop natural disaster occured in Capital City of Russel, Nether-Jim. Time passed, forgivable, but UNFORGETTABLE.

Foreign Relationship Between Kinda and Nether-Jim: Starts Now

People across Nether-Jim celebrates the signing of the diplomatic peace deal with People's Republic of Kinda (now People's Empire of Celestia). Despite complaints from hardliners on both sides, the diplomatic peace deal seems likely to hold and people are optimistic about the future.
