I have an aircraft I'm working on, it's a canard driven tailless aircraft (with the vertical stabilizer) it is almost completely aerodynamically sound and all the Centre of XYZs are in the right places

Can someone please explain to me why, just why, it cant stop incessantly nosing down without LITERALLY REVERSING EVERY OUNCE OF AIRFLOW despite the fact THAT SHOULD MAKE IT WORSE? I'm actually starting to get tired of the BS this game outputs. From the M2K's surfaces being fully backwards to this BS, what is wrong with this game?
