My Sukhoi Flanker build recently get Curated and both title and description became unchanged. And someone said that Curated builds get doubled points per upvote, and it also qualified for SPVR
Am I probably right?

I believe I once saw a non-VR craft get curated. At least I think it was no -VR…
If you play SPVR without an account, the only builds you can find and play are curated builds, such as these
