So i actually found a way to upload .mp3 videos using Google Drive.
First of all, open Google Drive and then click the + button. Then select the video you want to upload. Click the three dots and select "Copy link". Next open your Simpleplanes post and write [name](URL). This will let you upload .mp3 videos without a Youtube channel. (Thumbnail is optional)
@Eggplant oh i forgot to tell i have parental controls enabled so i can't manage my channel :)
So what do you think? should i start a Simpleplanes channel?
it takes like 10 seconds to make a youtube channel you already have a google account
