It was a metaphor that you went onto his radar. He means that he would have never noticed you unless you had intentionally shoved into his way, and started almost trying to break rules.
He cannot ban people he does not know about, so even if you break a small rule, and no one notices, you are fine. But if you are intentionally screaming in his face, like you want a ban, well, mods have a lot of power.

He does not enjoy banning people any more than you enjoy cleaning bird poop off a car. But it needs to be done all the same. And I personally cannot think of anyone better to do it.

Edit: looks like i have 6 deleted posts recorded in the bottom of my bio, there may be more deleted posts so i may have gone over 10.
The mods will only remove posts if they are against the rules. I am sure they had good reasons to remove your posts in the past. Get better, and they will not do it again. But at this point, this is just kinda causing drama that does not need to happen. We know you will not leave. So why bother making this post?
