F-14A Tomcat V3.0 (2)
I haven't had much time to work on the Tomcat, but some progress has been made.
Most notably, the landing gear is in place so I've been able to do landing/takeoff tests. They're still unfinished though, but all they need is the struts and the catapult launch bar.
Unlike the previous Tomcats, this one has automatic maneuvering flaps, which are activated up until about 75% wing sweep.
The flight model is in a pretty decent spot at the moment, but I do want to make the aircraft more unstable at low speed.
The forward Phoenix station is also in place.
The fuselage body is more or less done, so now the next priority is adding small details and working on the gear bay doors. After that, it's weapons and loadouts.
The part count is currently at 368.
@ReinMcDeer What's the current progress?
@ReinMcDeer That's good to know! I've been using the database for quite a while now to at least make missiles performance accurately for my modified aircrafts for M.B.S.
It was honestly a blessing to just somehow find it
But anyways, I will be waiting!😎👍
@FineG22 Yes, they will be there some time before the F-14 release or when it releases

Will you add AIM-54s to the database someday?

@ssenmodnar lol, asked the same question. Sense it’s a late version the glove vanes are going to be deactivated/welded shut. He did say he was thinking about making a early version though, which should have them.
Do you plan on adding glove vanes, since it's an A?
Are you also gonna make the B version of the tomcat?

@TheCommentaryGuy I always have to make compromises since I use default nozzles, but this came out a lot better than i thought it would
