Basically how it works is like this example
Commenter1: ploopy
Commenter1's comment will be pinned
But, commenter2 arrives
(Pinned) Commenter1: ploopy.
Commenter2: Bello.
So then I would unpin commenter1 and pin commenter2
I may not be doing the pinning/unpinning from like.. 10:30 PM to 4:30 PM the next day due to sleep / learning place
basically pinning the newest comment does nothing but make the comment look cool and lock the upvotes of it in place
