The Dev is currently more focusing on Juno now.
Maybe if this is happend, then let the community stand still to preserve this game, or maybe reverse engineering it so that it can got some update by community
@MonarchiiwithastolenMG Idk, if Squad (with help from Take-Two, I'm sure) could turn KSP 0.7.3 into the abomination we know today then I'm sure someone with too much cocaine in their system could turn SimplePlanes into a spaceflight simulator.
@Graingy still, from its base foundation, SP is already at its limit, but maybe that's just me speaking and hoping they update the game lmao; maybe someday they'll allow community update, and then we'll get another island or something lmao
@MonarchiiwithastolenMG I believe I once used the comparison of refitting a Hotwheels car into an Iowa-class battleship to describe KSP's development.
While SimplePlanes hasn't changed THAT much, it's still a rather noticeable development.
pretty much; its more so the fact that SP itself is already a very outdated game, akin to a warship, you can refit/retrofit/update it many times but its still the same ship, you cant keep operating them(or in this case, Jundroo w. SP) without breaking the ship or breaking the economy, thus, yeah.. SP still poggers though

last update was on September 26th which makes me think they sort of discontinued Simpleplanes
