I am frustrated that even though I have all the drag scales off the car still veers when moving in a straight line at a certain speed. Would it be a bad idea to just assume this is a bad spec for the SP and publish this vehicle?

its probably going to be a suspension issue, check connections and symmetry. sometimes you need to mirror an entire side of suspension and redo the connections
also the wheel part mirrors weird so check their alignment

Check your wheels and suspension have the same settings on the left and right, it's easy to miss one side when changing settings
