These three T-27B jet trainers of 1950s vintage were recently taken up by the MGLA in their war against Monarchii and their allies.

A few days ago Graingy SimplePlanes.com account manager Grain G. Guy used a special privilege afforded to their position to create a up-for-grabs voucher redeemable for three T-27B jet fighter-bomber trainers. This voucher was left to be claimed by either participating faction in the ongoing Monarchii War.

With little fanfare this voucher was claimed by the MGLA, who has taken possession of the three jets. While not itself a major contributor or marker in a conflict that has seen vastly more sophisticated technologies employed by both sides, the symbolic value of further potential involvement from Graingy certainly raises concerns for those of us caught in the crossfire. Yet another major power joining the conflict, however unlikely from the Soian Giant, could yet further raise the intensity in the fighting.

Analysis of Graingy's response to the conflict suggests a profound disinterest, and though loose prewar ties to Monarchii are known they are not believed to be in and of themselves such a relevant factor as to draw Graingy into fighting on Monarchii's side. Most analysts believe that Graingy may instead take the role of a supplier, profiting off the conflict as a third unaligned party, possibly bombing Cobrastan into dust for unclear reasons in the process.
