For windows it is C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
For linux it is /etc/hosts
If you are on mac, ios, or android the best thing to do is to change your dns server, ik on android that setting is sometimes hidden so just look up some tutorials on how to do so

Edit: from my research, it looks like this method doesn't work in Indonesia as it's impossible to change dns there, so best bet there is to use a free vpn like windscribe
