I am still sick and it’s gotten even worse I cannot breathe though my nose and each time I move my back side to side there is a stinging pain.
But kinda good new I will try to work through the pain but don’t expect it soon

I'd suggest seeing a doctor. That kind of back pain could be indicating something serious.
