Everytime I tried to refuel my plane always like to down all of the sudden when i get close, or even goes up. Is this proof that the wake turbulence coded in the game or me just bad.

There isn't even any air deflection. I mean, you can literally put a massive angled piece of fuselage on top of your plane and it will still fly straight. Plus you can literally put wings inside your plane and they function completely normally.
Going everywhere when your behind an air tanker is just a result if you overcorrecting. You're probably also doing it during regular flight too, it's just your so far away from everything that it's difficult to notice.
