is it possible for VTOL nozzles let out a white color and not red?

also whats the code for white color?

    FFFFFF - is a code for a white color
    And yes, color can be changed from
    exhaustStartColorOverridePrimary property in EngineThrustPort tab.
    Just type FFFFFFFF there
    Yes, use the Overload for that
