the original island (with the ships) is directly in line with the bandit airport takeoff
the first island actually has two ships: the USS tiny and the USS jumbalia. you can find the jumbalia by taking off from the south runway and going a little to the right.
Ahhh, I remember when I had discovered the new island by myself before they had any locations for it. That was a thrill.
