[Help Needed] Helicopter isn't going as fast as i'd hope

I need help for the flight model of my helicopter.

So looking at the stock in-game helicopter (gator 2), it's capable of going 100 km/h perfectly level but my helicopter, despite having a rotor that is already tilted forward and a horizontal stabilizer still needs -20 to -30 degrees of pitch to hit 70 km/h, can someone explain to me why this is happening? is it just the size of the rotor? do i need to mess with the translational lift settings?

And I think it isn't drag because mine has less drag than the in-game helicopter

I looked at other helicopter videos featuring helicopters like the mosquito XE and the Robinson r22 they all seem to be able to fly without pitching as violently as i have to, and even saw on quora that helicopters should be able to fly level and forward as well.

Things I Have Tried Already

  • Forward rotor and mast pitch
  • Horizontal stabilizer
  • Horizontal stabilizer with inverted airfoil
  • Changing the pitch of the horizontal stabilizer

Please, if you can offer some assistance, or at least know how to fix this, tell me. I'll leave a link so you guys can check out the build.

Also yes, there are jets, but I'm looking to improve the helicopter performance, not the autogyro performance. It will happily exceed 400.

I have increased the mass a bit, which improved performance drastically.

@HuskyDynamics01 Thank you very much, it actually worked! I wonder if maybe it has to do with the weight distribution. I'll experiment and report my findings here.

Try making it a bit heavier. I added some weight to the bottom of the fuselage to make the helicopter weigh about 1,700 pounds, and it reaches up to 60 knots at only 10 degrees of pitch.
