I'm not necessarily new to SimplePlanes, but as a creator of original content, yes. I don't have any background or experience with aircraft design, I just fly. I've actually been very inspired to make my own aircraft ever since I started, and what drew me to the game was the intricate, and beautifully designed aircraft you, the community, created. My most recent creation, the JCR 2CT Trainer Jet is an absolute labor of love. While some people boast work times of less than 24 hours, I kind of have to hide in shame for how long I'll take, working on and off, and disappointing those who were anticipating the release of my aircraft that had teasers. I leave those unfinished versions out for people to see in case someone can point out anything to criticize, or give advice.

Although I'm taking a while to learn, and do little things, I just want to say for those who have recently just started building properly like me, that although it seems as if it is such an impossible task to learn, dedication to your craft, deconstruction and reverse engineering of your favorite community creations, imitation of realistic designs, and constant experimentation can truly help you move forward on your dreams of building something that satisfies your taste. This game truly requires passion, and I hope you all can grant yourselves the motivation.
