Plane rolling painfully slowly

Hi

I'm building a bomber for myself
This is my first ever try with fuselage wings

Now I made some ailerons with hinge rotators and they work
I hid wings in them and connected them to the ailerons, it works but the plane rolls in slow motion even in fast forward
I changed them to horizontal stabs, same result
It's as big as the aileron but downscaled in XML

I hid the aileron to make it visible
The rotator's deflection degree is good and I turned of collisions, so what now?

I did the same to the elevators and they work flawlessly...

Well, I can’t help you much as I don’t build planes, although I am going to build one soon, but your post helped me, if you ever need help with a plane when I gain the skills to make, one just let me know.

I tried these but same result
For now i cheated and added ailerons to the hidden downscaled wings inside the fuselage wings
    Same with rudder

    • Check that both aileron wing parts are actually rotating and they are not connected to the main wing
    • Increase the size or lift scale of the wing parts

Try to decrease the angle of this rotator, depending on the problem it can solve, in addition, it would be good if you leave a link to the post of this plane, so I can see what is happening, And possibly other people
