Yeah this this above who made it? And where is this thing? It's from a video on YouTube called "Ace Combat Zero but with WW2 planes"
The plane is made by the YouTuber himself, it's name is Type 46V-2, however it's not in the SimplePlanes website because it's not uploaded yet, I believe the YouTuber will upload that soon, just as he did with some of the planes on his recent video.
