@Tookan the Kazakhs never bought it, instead cccp had there mig-31s there and is after the fall Kazakhs thought to use it cuz why not and the livery ain't so difficult cuz it is very very plain. Same goes for mig-29s cuz Moldova was so childish that instead to give it to Russia and get money they gave it to US.
