Can someone make a gun that shoots through propellers?

I disabled the aircraft collisions, the XML guide says it won't pass through YOUR plane, not the target's.
What you do is push the gun close to the propeller, don’t disable collisions. Disabling collisions will mean your bullets will pass through the target aircraft.

is it part collision response? what is the "false" value, every time i set it it goes back to default
