Basically a support system. There are very many things that people don't know in Simple Planes, that they need to know. It ranges from the existence of XML editing, to screenshots as a thumbnail. People aren't able to learn the things they need to advance their careers in SP. With the support account we could call SimpleAid, SPSupport, or many more, we could have some who are experienced share the account. I know this frustration of not knowing how to do things, and looking at obsolete forum posts. We should all work together to create a decent support system. The support system could be run by 5 - 12 users, and they could all know the passwords, and work together as a support service in the SP forums. It could be a very useful support system. I don't know the possibility, or the logistics of it, or even how good of an idea it could be, but I think we should consider it; it could help the newer users with their issues.
