Ok so in alot of builds now I see this dummy in a chair and I'm just wondering how they got it. It's not a mod because I can download it with out needing a mod, I looked through the part menu and it seems to be just 1 part. I know I can just take it but I'm just curious how to get it

Oh, you mean Steve? Poor old guy.
Just steal it off someone’s plane, or in overload change the part type to “Passenger-1”. It is no longer an official part of the game but is still supported.
